Become a leading organization in providing resource development and safe, sustainable livelihood development services to meet diverse needs of socioeconomically disadvantaged groups, especially women, and ethnic minority population in difficult areas

Mission

Active participation in policy advocacy for setting up a legal environment and technical assistance promoting Microfinance, Micro-insurance, Business development services, Gender equality development,... Providing the outreach for socioeconomically disadvantaged group to help them access easily and take changes to improve their quality of life as well as their position.
